Athka was founded in 2009 as the first provider of robotics and STEAM education in Yemen. What began as a small initiative to introduce students to hands-on science has since evolved into a full-fledged educational ecosystem that blends curricula, tools, competitions, and platforms.
In 2012, Athka gained international recognition through its collaboration with UNESCO, showcasing its potential to connect local innovation with global standards. Over the years, we have partnered with leading schools such as Al-Rasheed and Belqis, reaching thousands of students and hundreds of teachers across Yemen.
Today, Athka stands at the forefront of educational innovation in the Arab region. With our proprietary ElectrA Kits®, SMARTER Framework, and LearnSmarter Assessments, we are not just teaching robotics—we are shaping the future of education.
